I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience it has been working with you on the "Winslow Mansion" in Manchester. The house ended up exceeding all of our dreams. In fact, the process of meeting with you and reviewing/revising plans each Friday became an integral and fun conclusion to each week for us.

After hearing the horror stories from friends who have build in the past, we were a bit apprehensive dealing with the unknown (Ritzman Construction), but that apprehension quickly evaporated. We feel that we ended up with a very high quality home at an affordable price. We commend you for the high quality of workmanship and wish you great success with your business in years to come.
